The Triangle Math & Science Tigers volleyball squad (Apex, NC), was defeated 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC)

With the win, Chatham Charter improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC) to encounter the Grizzlies in a Central Tar Heel 1A battle on Tuesday, September 3. The Grizzlies go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Clover Garden School won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC)
