The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE) and the visiting Auburn Bulldogs (Auburn, NE), witnessed Mount Michael Benedictine's football squad wallop Auburn by a count of 35-0.

The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Scotus (Columbus, NE). The Shamrocks enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Scotus walloped Aquinas (David City, NE), 49-7, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Lutheran for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. Auburn will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 34-12 non-league win over Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
