August 29, 2025: Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Aynor Blue Jackets football squad scored a close 38-37 triumph over the St. James Sharks.
The Blue Jackets (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Socastee was nudged by Dillon (Dillon, SC), 41-0, in a non-league battle.
The Sharks now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lucy Beckham for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. St. James will play a Bengals team coming off a 35-15 non-league win over Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 1-0.
