The High School of the Future Firebirds football team (Philadelphia, PA), was crushed 35-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Bishop Shanahan Eagles (Downingtown, PA)

With the win, Bishop Shanahan advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles host Methacton (Norristown, PA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, September 5. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 1-1. Methacton won 30-0 in their recent non-league contest against William Tennent (Warminster, PA)

Coming up next, the Firebirds confront the Olney Trojans (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 4.
