August 29, 2025: Lexington, MS 39095 The Central Holmes Christian Trojans (Lexington, MS) football trounced the visiting Heritage Christian Academy Warriors (Picayune, MS), 55-14 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Delta Streets Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, September 5. Central Holmes Christian will battle a Lions squad coming off a 20-8 non-league win over Lee Academy (Marianna, AR). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
Next up, the Warriors encounter the Wilkinson County Christian Academy Rams (Woodville, MS) in a MAIS 8-Man 2A District 7 (8 Man) bout, on Friday, September 12.
