The Huntley Red Raiders football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Crystal Lake Central Tigers to 0 in the Red Raiders league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Red Raiders face the Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Friday, September 5. Huntley will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Chargers go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 17-14 league loss to McHenry (McHenry, IL).

The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Whip-Purs go into the Fox Valley challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Hampshire was ripped by Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 53-13, in a league challenge.
