The Mount Ayr Raiders (Mount Ayr, IA) football knocked off the visiting Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA), 26-14 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Raiders now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside for a A District 7 game on Friday, September 5. Mount Ayr will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-8 non-league loss to Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
