The Rouse Raiders felled the host Pflugerville Connally Cougars football team by a score of 55-33 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Liberty Hill Panthers (Liberty Hill, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 5. Rouse will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 45-10 non-league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).

With the defeat, Pflugerville Connally drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Taylor (Taylor, TX) to clash with the Ducks in a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. The Ducks enter the game with a record of 0-1. Taylor lost 48-15 in their recent non-league game against Gatesville (Gatesville, TX)
