California High School Flag Football - Brawley wallops Helix

August 29, 2025: La Mesa, CA 91941

The Brawley Wildcats flag football squad scored 34 points and restricted the host Helix Highlanders to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Brawley will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 21-18 non-league win over San Ysidro (San Diego, CA).

The Highlanders (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros go into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, El Capitan bounced Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA), 47-6, in a non-league challenge.
