California High School Football - Fallbrook can't hold off Canyon Springs
August 29, 2025: Fallbrook, CA 92028 Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad nudge the host Fallbrook Warriors (Fallbrook, CA), 12-7 in a non-league match.
The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Workman (City of Industry, CA). The Lobos come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Workman was nudged by Mountain View (El Monte, CA), 30-14, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Center for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. Fallbrook will play a Jaguars team coming off a 35-14 non-league loss to Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-1.
