August 29, 2025: Brighton, MA 02135 Brighton/Boston Academy Bengals (Brighton, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Abington Green Wave (Abington, MA), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Brighton/Boston Academy advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, September 5. The Knights come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Green Wave (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Scituate (Scituate, MA). The Sailors come into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
