In Friday's league game, the visiting Millard North Mustangs softball squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs.

With the triumph, Millard North improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Chatfield (Littleton, CO) to battle the Chargers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 30. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 1-2. Chatfield lost 4-3 in their recent non-league match against Legend (Parker, CO)

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Blue Springs South Jaguars (Blue Springs, MO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 30. Edmond Memorial will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record.
