The Bulldogs now possess a 19-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Logos Prep Academy for a non-league match on Friday, August 29. Midland will battle a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Lions record now stands at 7-2.
The Cougars (13-11) will now prepare for their match against Giddings (Giddings, TX). The Buffaloes enter the non-league match with a 10-14 record. In their last match, Giddings notched a victory over The Awty International (Houston, TX), 2-1, in a non-league match.
