Texas High School Volleyball - Vidor Hardin-Jefferson
August 29, 2025: Vidor, TX 77662 Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Vidor Pirates (Vidor, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Tarkington (Cleveland, TX). The Longhorns come into the non-league challenge with a 7-13 record. In their last challenge, Tarkington beat Texas City (Texas City, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Fork for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Vidor will face a Gators squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX). The Gators record now stands at 20-3.
