Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Laramie Plainsmen (Laramie, WY) and the host Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY), observed Laramie's volleyball team top Natrona County by a tally of 2-0.

The Plainsmen (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Star Valley (Afton, WY). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Mustangs meet the East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 30. Natrona County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Green River (Green River, WY).
