August 30, 2021: Bear Creek, NC 27207 In Monday's non-league contest, the Chatham Central Bears (Bear Creek, NC) volleyball squad edged the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Bears battle the North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC) in a contest, on Tuesday, August 31. Chatham Central will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC).
With the loss, Asheboro drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Blue comets travel to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to battle the Grizzlies in a contest on Wednesday, September 8.
