West Virginia High School Soccer - Linsly nudges University
August 30, 2022: Morgantown, WV 26508 Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host University Hawks (Morgantown, WV), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cadets confront the Southern Rams (Oakland, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 3. Linsly will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record.
The Hawks now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeling Park for a Two Rivers challenge on Thursday, September 1. University will confront a Patriots team coming off a 0-0 non-league George Washington (Charleston, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
