August 30, 2022: El Cerrito, CA 94530 The Concord Minutemen volleyball team (Concord, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA)
The Gauchos (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint Mary's (Albany, CA). The Panthers enter the Tri-County challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Saint Mary's defeated Alameda (Alameda, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Minutemen meet the Pittsburg Pirates (Pittsburg, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Concord will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).
