August 30, 2023: Charlotte Court House, VA 23923 James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) fans left the game content Wednesday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA), 13-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, James River improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA) to battle the Fighting Blues in a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. The Fighting Blues come into the test with a record of 0-1. Parry McCluer lost 12-6 in their recent non-league test against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA)
With the loss, Randolph-Henry drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Statesmen travel to William Campbell (Naruna, VA) to battle the Generals in a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. The Generals come into the test with a record of 0-1.
