August 30, 2023: Taylorsville, NC 28681 Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 6. Alexander Central will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record.
With the loss, South Iredell drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league match on Thursday, September 7. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 1-4.
