California High School Volleyball - Walnut edged by Alta Loma
August 30, 2023: Walnut, CA 91789 The Alta Loma Braves held off the host Walnut Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Braves now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Claremont for a Palomares test on Wednesday, September 6. Alta Loma will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over San Dimas (San Dimas, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 5-3.
The Mustangs (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Bonita (La Verne, CA). The Bearcats enter the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Bonita was nudged by Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
