August 30, 2023: San Jose, CA 95125 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Eastside College Prep Panthers (East Palo Alto, CA), saw University Prep Academy's volleyball squad beat Eastside College Prep by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, University Prep Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Golden Eagles host Oakwood (Morgan Hill, CA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, September 1. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Oakwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against DCP Alum Rock (San Jose, CA)
The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to DCP Alum Rock for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Eastside College Prep will play a Lobos squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oakwood (Morgan Hill, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 1-1.
