Pennsylvania High School Football - Wissahickon triumphant over Archbishop Carroll

August 30, 2024: Ambler, PA 19002

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA) and the visiting Archbishop Carroll Patriots (Radnor, PA), witnessed Wissahickon's football squad wallop Archbishop Carroll by a tally of 56-21.

The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA). The Aces enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Lower Merion was trounced by Ridley (Folsom, PA), 51-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Patriots battle the Simon Gratz Bulldogs (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 6. Archbishop Carroll will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 26-6 non-league win over Mastery Charter North - Pickett (Philadelphia, PA).
