In Friday's non-league game, the Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA) football team triumphed over the visiting Fairfield Knights (Fairfield, PA), by a tally of 75-0.

In their next game, the Golden Knights battle the Hanover Nighthawks (Hanover, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Eastern York will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Nighthawks enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 48-20 non-league loss to Annville-Cleona (Annville, PA).
