August 30, 2024: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 The West Florence Knights football squad scored 32 points and limited the host Myrtle Beach Seahawks to 22 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Marion for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. West Florence will meet a Swamp Foxes squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Latta (Latta, SC). The Swamp Foxes record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Myrtle Beach drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Sumter (Sumter, SC) to meet the Gamecocks in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Gamecocks come into the test with a record of 2-0. Sumter won 43-40 in their recent non-league test against White Knoll (Lexington, SC)
