Iowa High School Football - West Central Valley sneaks past Panorama
August 30, 2024: Panora, IA 50216 The West Central Valley Wildcats football squad scored 28 points and limited the host Panorama Panthers to 21 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Shenandoah for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. West Central Valley will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 20-19 non-league loss to Clarinda (Clarinda, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Panorama drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA) to encounter the Wolves in a A District 7 battle on Friday, September 6. The Wolves go into the battle with a record of 1-0. IKM/Manning won 49-34 in their recent non-league battle against East Sac County (Lake View, IA)
