High School Soccer - Independent Baptist Academy Varsity Opponent
August 30, 2024: , Varsity Opponent (, ) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Independent Baptist Academy Kings (Clinton, MD), 8-5 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Varsity Opponent advances its record to 8-20 on the campaign. The travel to Oak Ridge Military Academy (Oak Ridge, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a test on Friday, August 30. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-1. Oak Ridge Military Academy 2-2 in their recent league test against Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (Huntersville, NC)
The Kings now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Calvary Baptist Church Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Independent Baptist Academy will clash with a Knights team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Mount Airy Christian Academy (Mount Airy, MD). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
