New Jersey High School Volleyball - Golden Valley Plainfield
August 30, 2024: Plainfield, NJ 07063 Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ) supporters were in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball team top the visiting Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA), 3-1 in a non-league contest.
The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Gordon Lee notched a victory over Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars battle the Chowchilla Tribe (Chowchilla, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 4. Golden Valley will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Tribe enter the contest with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over McLane (Fresno, CA).
