August 30, 2024: Garland, TX 75040 Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Naaman Forest Rangers (Garland, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Tatum improves its record to 20-5 on the season. The Eagles host Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 10-6. Tyler Legacy won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Hallsville (Hallsville, TX)
The Rangers now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wylie for a 6A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, September 3. Naaman Forest will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Emerson (McKinney, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 18-7.
