Washington, DC High School Football - Indiana School for the Deaf can't hold off Model Secondary School for the Deaf

August 30, 2025: Washington, DC 20002

The Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles got by the visiting Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers football team by a score of 12-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 55-14 non-league loss to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA).

The Deaf Hoosiers (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Alabama School for the Deaf (Talladega, AL). The Silent Warriors go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record.
