August 30, 2025: Sheridan, WY 82801 The Tongue River Eagles football team (Dayton, WY), was topped 28-7 in Saturday's non-league bout with the host Sheridan Broncs (Sheridan, WY)
With the victory, Sheridan upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Broncs host Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY) to confront the Bolts in a 4A match on Friday, September 5. The Bolts enter the match with a record of 0-1. Thunder Basin lost 37-14 in their recent league match against Natrona County (Casper, WY)
Next up, the Eagles play the Hot Springs County Bobcats (Thermopolis, WY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. Tongue River will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
