August 30, 2025: Brunswick, OH 44212 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Anthony Wayne Generals soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Brunswick Blue Devils.
The Generals (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Trojans come into the Northern Lakes test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Findlay nipped Elida (Elida, OH), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mentor for a Northeast Ohio test on Wednesday, September 3. Brunswick will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-1.
