August 30, 2025: McDonough, GA 30253 Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Locust Grove improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Ola (McDonough, GA) to meet the Mustangs in a challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Ola lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA)
Next, the Eagles meet the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Eagle's Landing will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Hornets enter the test with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA).
