Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Greater Nanticoke Area toppled by Riverside
August 30, 2025: Taylor, PA 18517 Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Riverside advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA) to clash with the Chargers in a Lackawanna - Division III outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Chargers go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Carbondale Area lost 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mid Valley (Throop, PA)
Next up, the Trojans play the MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 3. Greater Nanticoke Area will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
