Florence Huskies (Florence, CO) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Sierra Stallions (Colorado Springs, CO), 13-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Florence betters its record to 1-1 on the season. The Huskies travel to Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO) to battle the Terrors in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. The Terrors come into the match with a record of 0-1. Palmer lost 23-0 in their recent non-league match against Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO)
