August 30, 2025: Jesup, IA 50648 Anamosa Raiders (Anamosa, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Anamosa improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA) to face the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Maquoketa lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA)
Next, the J-Hawks play the Union Knights (La Porte City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Jesup will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Independence (Independence, IA).
