California High School Volleyball - Clovis tips Central Valley Christian

The Clovis Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Central Valley Christian Cavaliers to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Kamehameha Kapalama for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Clovis will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Konawaena (Kealakekua, HI). The Warriors record now stands at 12-0.

With the loss, Central Valley Christian drops to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Central Catholic (Portland, OR) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30.
