August 30, 2025: Colfax, IA 50054 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks (Colfax, IA) and the visiting GMG Wolverines (Garwin, IA), saw Colfax-Mingo's volleyball squad notch a victory over GMG by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Colfax-Mingo improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Tigerhawks travel to Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA) to encounter the Warhawks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Warhawks go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Southeast Warren won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Moravia (Moravia, IA)
The Wolverines now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2. GMG will meet a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Turkey Valley (Jackson Junction, IA). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
