August 30, 2025: Garden Grove, CA 92840 The Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tustin for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. Portola will clash with a Tillers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Kennedy (La Palma, CA). The Tillers record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Garden Grove drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Argonauts travel to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA) to clash with the Seahawks in a Orange Coast bout on Tuesday, September 2. The Seahawks come into the bout with a record of 4-2. Ocean View won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Buena Park (Buena Park, CA)
