August 30, 2025: Frisco, TX 75035 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Wilson Wildcats (Dallas, TX) and the host Independence Knights (Frisco, TX), observed Wilson's volleyball team top Independence by a count of 2-0.
The Wildcats (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against White (Dallas, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, White notched a victory over Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Knights battle the Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Independence will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Wolverines go into the battle with a 12-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over McKinney Boyd (McKinney, TX).
