In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mount Horeb Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Luther Prep Phoenix.

With the win, Mount Horeb advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Vikings host McFarland (McFarland, WI) to face the Spartans in a Badger - Small test on Thursday, September 4. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 4-4. McFarland won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI)

The Phoenix now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a Midwest Classic test on Tuesday, September 16.
