August 30, 2025: Buffalo Center, IA 50424 North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting West Fork Warhawks (Sheffield, IA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, North Iowa improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Bison travel to North Union (Armstrong, IA) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. North Union lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA)
Next, the Warhawks meet the Valley Lutheran Crusaders (Cedar Falls, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. West Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Postville (Postville, IA).
