August 30, 2025: Story City, IA 50248 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Roland-Story Norsemen volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Roosevelt Roughriders.
Next up, the Norsemen play the Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) in a Heart of Iowa outing, on Tuesday, September 2. Roland-Story will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hoover (Des Moines, IA).
With the loss, Roosevelt drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Roughriders travel to Mason City (Mason City, IA) to play the Mohawks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2.
