The Springs Valley Blackhawks topped the visiting Vincennes Rivet Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Blackhawks now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Princeton for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Springs Valley will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Washington (Washington, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Vincennes Rivet drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to South Knox (Vincennes, IN) to confront the Spartans in a Blue Chip game on Tuesday, September 2.
