Utah High School Soccer - South Summit overwhelmed by Ogden
August 31, 2022: Ogden, UT 84403 The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Ogden Tigers (Ogden, UT) and the visiting South Summit Wildcats (Kamas, UT), saw Ogden's soccer squad overwhelm South Summit by a margin of 12-0.
The Tigers now sport a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Grantsville for a 3A Region 13 test on Tuesday, September 6. Ogden will meet a Cowboys squad coming off a 12-1 league loss to Morgan (Morgan, UT). The Cowboys record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, South Summit drops to 2-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Layton Christian Academy (Layton, UT) to meet the Eagles in a 3A Region 13 test on Tuesday, September 6. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-0.

Nevaeh Peregrina scored the first goal 6 minutes into the game. Kate Pulley scored the second goal 11 minutes into the game. Ruth Larsen scored the next goal 13 minutes into the game. Bella Gray scored the fourth goal 26 minutes into the game. Nevaeh Peregrina scored the next 2 goals 30 and 28 minutes into the game. Ruth Larsen scored the next goal less than a minute later and Nevaeh scored again a minute after that. Addison Howard scored that last 2 goals of their first half 37 and 39 minutes into the game.
Megan Beus scored the 11th goal five minutes into the second half of the game. And Baelee Ulm scored the final goal seven minutes into the second half.
