August 31, 2022: Front Royal, VA 22630 Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) fans left the game content Wednesday as they saw their football team nip the visiting James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA), 35-34 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Skyline improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host Clarke County (Berryville, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0. Clarke County won 22-15 in their recent non-league test against Warren County (Front Royal, VA)
With the loss, James Wood drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Colonels host Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 13. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-0.
