The Centreville Wildcats football team (Clifton, VA), was tipped 35-32 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA)

The Wolverines (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins come into the District 4 challenge with a 1-1 record.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fairfax for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Centreville will meet a Lions team coming off a 41-0 non-league win over Oakton (Vienna, VA). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
