Michigan High School Football - Summit Academy held off by Renaissance
August 31, 2023: Romulus, MI 48174 Renaissance Phoenix (Detroit, MI) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team nip the host Summit Academy Dragons (Romulus, MI), 12-6 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Renaissance improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign.
With the loss, Summit Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Anderson (Southgate, MI) to battle the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. The Titans come into the test with a record of 0-1.
