August 31, 2023: Hanford, CA 93230 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA) and the visiting Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA), saw Hanford West's volleyball squad beat Caruthers by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Hanford West upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Huskies host Golden West (Visalia, CA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Golden West won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Woodlake (Woodlake, CA)
The Blue Raiders now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Riverdale for a bout on Tuesday, September 19.
