August 31, 2023: Marion, NY 14505 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Byron-Bergen Bees (Bergen, NY) and the host Marion Black Knights (Marion, NY), saw Byron-Bergen's soccer squad get by Marion by a count of 4-3.
The Bees now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Newark for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Byron-Bergen will meet a Reds squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY). The Reds record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Marion drops to 0-1 on the season. The Black knights host Williamson (Williamson, NY) to meet the Marauders in a Wayne test on Wednesday, September 6. The Marauders come into the test with a record of 0-0.
